Who can use Home Plus?

Employees/Members (both new and existing) and their families are eligible for 'Home Plus' benefits when their employer/membership organization registers for the Home Plus program. Back to Top

Can I earn a real estate rebate if I'm currently using a real estate agent?

In order to be eligible these benefits, employee must contact 'Home Plus' directly and register for the program prior to contacting a Real Estate professional. Employee may not have an active listing agreement or buyer broker agreement with any real estate company. Employee must close their transaction with the 'Home Plus' broker in order to be eligible for the Home Plus Real Estate benefit program. Back to Top

Can I use Home Plus nationwide?

Can I earn a rebate if I am registered for other real estate or relocation benefits program?

This program cannot be combined with other Relocation benefits or real estate benefit programs. Contact 'Home Plus' to verify current list of states with cash-back bonus and available discounts. Back to Top

Can I use your service to buy a new construction home?

Your assigned 'Home Plus' agent can help you negotiate the best possible price, understand the true value of the home given the number of options and features available, receive additional incentives only available to the Realtor®. The catch is you must be placed with an agent BEFORE you enter a home builder's office or you may forfeit your eligibility to earn a commission rebate. Can I receive a commission rebate if I use FHA or VA financing?

How much money will I receive?

You will be due a commission rebate or credit (where allowed by law) based on the total commission received on your transaction side (ie. Sale, Purchase). For exact details, please check with your employer or call us at 'Home Plus'. Back to Top

How and when do I get paid?

We issue and mail a check within 30 days upon receipt of completed W-9 and closing your transaction with your assigned 'Home Plus' agent. Back to Top

Why do I need to complete a W-9 form?

We are required by the IRS to report any payment of $600 or more. If you require more information regarding tax consequences, we recommend speaking with your tax professional for advice. Back to Top
